HFI Consultants is a Forestry and Land Use Consulting Firm serving the Pacific Northwest. We serve landowners seeking to evaluate and enhance the use of their lands and forests. Providing consulting services to timber companies, tree farms, trusts, estates, conservation groups, land use and real estate attorneys, appraisers and any other group or individual interested in the management and use of forested lands and real estate.
The principles of HFI are brothers David and Timothy Halme, with over 60 years of combined experience in forest and facilities management. David Halme has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Washington and has served the State of Washington as a Forest Manager of the U of W Pack Experimental Forest, Director of Facilities at Clark Community College in Vancouver Washington and more recently as Vice President of Administrative Services at Clark College. Timothy Halme has earned an Associate of Science degree in Forest Technology from Green River Community College and has served the Forest Industry for 28 years as an Industrial Forester in the Pacific Northwest, primarily with Plum Creek Timber Company and Olympic Resource Management.
HFI Consultants was established February 2006.
